Cancellation,Refund, and Conduct Policy

Welcome to The Curated Travel Collective.

Our experiences are intentionally designed to create meaningful travel through culture, connection, conversation, and adventure. By reserving and participating in a Curated Travel Collective experience, travelers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies.

Reservations & Payments

A deposit and/or initial payment is required to reserve a spot on any Curated Travel Collective experience.

Payment plans may be offered depending on the specific trip or experience.

Final payment deadlines vary by trip and will be communicated prior to booking.

Failure to complete payment by the final payment deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of payments made.

All traveler payments are securely held within a dedicated business account while trip arrangements, accommodations, and vendor reservations are finalized.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers may cancel their reservation up to 45 days prior to the scheduled departure date unless otherwise specified for a particular experience.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on vendor commitments, accommodations, transportation bookings, excursions, and other prepaid expenses already secured on behalf of the traveler.

Certain deposits, processing fees, or vendor-related expenses may be non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs within 45 days of departure, refunds may not be available due to contractual obligations and trip expenses already incurred.

Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their travel investment.

Transfers & Future Travel Credits

IIn certain situations, approved traveler payments may be transferred toward a future Curated Travel Collective experience at the discretion of The Curated Travel Collective.

Requests for travel credits or transfers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

complying with all travel requirements and destination guidelines
obtaining and maintaining valid identification and travel documentation
arriving on time for flights, transfers, and scheduled activities

The Curated Travel Collective is not responsible for denied boarding, missed flights, passport issues, personal delays, or traveler-related documentation concerns.

Assumption of Risk

Travelers acknowledge that participation in travel activities, excursions, transportation, and group experiences may involve certain risks, including but not limited to:

delays
weather conditions
illness
injury
accidents
acts of nature
changes in travel conditions

By participating, travelers voluntarily assume these risks and agree that The Curated Travel Collective, its hosts, affiliates, partners, and vendors shall not be held liable for unforeseen events beyond reasonable control.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers and may help protect against:

trip cancellations
medical emergencies
travel delays
lost baggage
unforeseen circumstances

Travelers are responsible for securing their own travel insurance coverage if desired.

Conduct & Community Expectations

The Curated Travel Collective is committed to creating inclusive, respectful, and positive experiences for all travelers.

Guests are expected to:

treat fellow travelers, hosts, vendors, and local communities with respect
engage responsibly during activities and experiences
follow local laws and safety guidelines

The Curated Travel Collective reserves the right to remove or refuse participation to any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or negatively impacts the experience of others.

Itinerary & Experience Modifications

While every effort is made to provide experiences as advertised, The Curated Travel Collective reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

itineraries
accommodations
vendors
activities
schedules
transportation arrangements

Changes may occur due to weather, availability, safety considerations, vendor changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Agreement

By submitting payment toward any Curated Travel Collective experience, travelers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and policies.
