What’s included in each trip?
Each experience includes curated accommodations, select excursions, group activities, and special touches designed to elevate your journey. Specific inclusions vary by destination and will be outlined on each trip page.
Are flights included?
Flights are not included in our packages. Travelers are responsible for booking their own airfare to and from the destination. However, if the experience includes travel between destinations during the trip, those internal transportation arrangements are included.
How do I reserve my spot?
You can reserve your spot by placing a deposit or selecting a payment option directly through our booking page. Once your deposit is secured, you’ll receive next steps and important trip details.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans for each experience, allowing you to secure your spot with a deposit and pay over time leading up to your trip.
Do You Offer Any Travel Insurance ?
We do not provide travel insurance directly, but we highly encourage all travelers to secure their own policy through a trusted provider. This allows you to choose the level of coverage that best fits your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by experience, but generally you can cancel up to 30 days before departure minus a 15% fee of total trip costs. Full details will be provided at the time of booking, including timelines, refund eligibility, and any applicable terms.
Can I cancel my trip and use my funds toward another experience?
While some payments are non-refundable, in many cases funds may be eligible to be transferred to a future Curated Travel Collective experience, depending on the timing of your cancellation and the terms of your specific trip. Transfer requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval.
Can I travel solo?
Absolutely. Many of our travelers join solo and leave with meaningful connections. You have the option to select single occupancy for your own private space, or choose double occupancy and be thoughtfully paired with another traveler. If pairing is selected, we ensure you are connected and comfortable with your roommate in advance.
